Don't get the poncho which is water proof I think they don't east it as a well, it cost almost the same as corn and a lot better for them

Do you feed record rack out of gravity or broadcast feeders?

do not feed ANY protein pellets from a broadcast, they don't do well at all on the ground. Keep em dry at all times unless ya want a mess....

do not put protein pellets in a broadcast feeder they will mold, it will collect moisture! Plus is they are on the ground and it rains then its no good! We use trough feeders

Has anyone used the banks feeder? The one with 3 feeding tubes and sits on top of a 4x4. I just bought a boss buck from a friend and have though about buying the banks 275.

Buck Booster is made by Ware Milling Co in Houston, Ms. For a feed selling location go to their website and at the bottom of the page click "about us" and there is a map showing their distributors.

how many years did it take before you seen results from the pellets? did you notice a increase in the deer population on your properties from when you didn't feed year round be it pellets or just corn?

I feed it year round, changing mix with corn for different seasons. It will stay fresh better than any other pellet I;ve seen, and the deer will eat it.

I am building 55 gallon deer feeders with 3 way heads right now! My thinking is to put a little in them and get deer use to them. How long will it take for deer to start using and feeding from the 3-way protein heads?

I have never fed corn or anything to the deer on my property and I placed a Boss Buck out at the beginning of November and by the end of January I had deer visiting it regularly. But it took 2 months before a deer would actually try it out. I had to throw lots of corn on the ground around the feeder and each week I kept throwing smaller amounts out and closer to the feeder.
