Scrapes and rubs popping up everywhere. Went Monday after rain quit and saw two does. First deer seen since gun season started. Two weeks after Christmas things start getting interesting.

Deer Tracker, I'm glad you're seeing them. In Roxana we haven't seen anything since 1st day of gun season and we're just starting to see a few rubs and scrapes, but not many.
Saw our second scrape yesterday. When I first saw it I thought it was turkey scratchings. Then I realized there were 2 prints at the top of the scrape that were the front edge of his hoof...and there's a limb 4' directly above it! Plan to put a camera on that as soon as possible.
Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Up until Monday, I was batting zero. Most unusual season to date. Hunted same spots this year as last same wind conditions. Last year saw deer every time I went. This year completely opposite. From last Friday to this past Monday, rubs and scrapes everywhere.
