Does anyone make a very lightweight, ~6' high ladder stand?

Something to get off the ground just enough to see over the weeds. Sort of a hanging stand with a ladder, but with a boat seat with a back rest (maybe swivels?).

You unfold the ladder or it is telescopic. clip the support struts in place. Lean it against the tree. Use 2 ratchet straps to attach the seat portion securely to the tree. The bottom strap you should be able to do from the ground. Climb up, open seat, sit down and hunt.

It should take less than 5 mins to put it up.
All parts attached so you can't lose any nuts or bolts.
Be less than 15 lbs.

Don't know of any, but it would find a niche, for sure.

Sportsmans guide has a 12 foot packable stand that weighs 33 and you can take off a section of the ladder to shorten it and lighten the load. I bought 2 of them and it's not too bad. I wouldnt want to pack it a long way though. It's made by rivers edge.

Finally deported myself from the peoples republik of Kaliforkistan.

Kinda pricy, but there are a few manufacturers that make low and transportable tripods like these. http://www.millenniumstands.com/products/ground/t-100-10-ft-aluminum-tripod

Take a climber and only climb about 6-8 ft. I've done this with success
