Three were 2.5 year olds and one was a 3.5 year old. I wouldn't think of shooting them on managed land but the landowner's objective in this case is to greatly reduce the herd. So I will let an arrow fly or drop the hammer.

Climbed my tree at 5:30pm. Look across the soybean field and can't believe my eyes. A popup ground blind right where the deer came out Friday. Turns out to be someone there without permission. Evening hunt was a bust but the landowner took care of the trespasser.
Came back this morning to give it another try. Maybe this time...
