My brother and I own our own business. It's a metal fab, equipment repair, non engine mechanic on semi trucks, hydraulic work, PTO's, etc. We also sand blast. He makes the sales calls and I run the shop. That's the PC way of putting it. I run the shop but I am also one of the workers in the shop. I spent half a day today running an arc gouger. That has to be one of the worst jobs on the planet. I've got burns all over me and I was wearing a buckskin jacket and heavy gloves. My brother also works in the shop when he's not doing the paperwork and making calls. I don't like doing that stuff and he's not picky enough to run the shop so it works out good for us.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

I work for ZF Chassis Systems in Tuscaloosa. We are one of Mercedes-Benz Tier One suppliers. We build the axle systems for their vehicles.

I am the Spare Parts Coordinator at our plant. I manage the "Spare Parts" room, "Crib" or "Storeroom", whichever you want to call it.

I order, manage inventories, and take care of all of our equipment spare parts, production supplies and safety items like gloves, glasses, etc.

Been there 16 years and 4 months.
