Ain't there some kind of good snake (like a king snake, maybe) that eats bad snakes?
Could you relocate a couple there to "patrol" during the week when you ain't there? I'll take all the king snakes I can get lol!

It may sound absurd but I know it works.One garden sprayer with plain ammonia and one garden sprayer with clorox.DONT MIX THEM BEFORE USE!!! Spray them under the house and get away!dont breathe the fumes just spray and get away.I got a skunk out from un der my house by using this method.It never came back. At least it isn't explosive. Where do you get amonia?

Yes it is....I was cleaning a bathroom in a rental house...bleach...no go, hmmm let me try ammonia, almost killed myself cleaning a bathroom

I'm well aware that its a toxic gas .Thats why I put it out there in big bold letters not to inhale the fumes.Spray and get away.its dangerous if you handle it wrong.It will work when handled correctly.I have used it to get critters out from under my shed and a skunk out from under my house.Open the windows, spray under the house and clear out for the rest of the day.Come back later and problem solved.Much safer than gas.IMO.
