It's a Sig P226 that has a little anchor engraved on it and carries the Mk25 designation that the U.S. Navy gave it when it was chosen for issue to Navy Special Warfare. It is a regular P226 with a 1913 rail instead of Sigs proprietary rail, I love a Sig and own a 226 and 225.
