BUT, that is also not always the case, either. If he paid for a full year's access, and did not receive a refund, then he may very well still have access. Hunting Club Rules are not legal documents in most cases.

Again, I have NO idea as to what is going on!!!

I did just have a friend go through a similar situation though. And was taken to Court. He was allowed access to the property until the term of his membership had expired.

Tim PM'd me and shared his side. I told him he needed to post it here. He said he wasn't going to resort to arguing with this guy and he already had taken up too much of his time.

Tim has given an explanation that makes sense to me. I'm inclined to think that it may be closer to the truth than what has been posted so far.

Like I said, it's best to just let things take their course and let the dust settle before judging what the truth may be, especially in the eyes of the law.

Why do people come on here and throw an accusation around and not back it up with facts? Do you have any idea how stupid you look? You say you have picture evidence, if so, post it up or send it to somebody that can.

I damn sure wouldn't smear somebody's reputation unless my facts were iron clad shut.

Makes you wonder, too, if the other members of Sweetwater Hunting Lodge know someone may be putting the club in jeopardy. (especially if this is an officer)

what gets me...is that after making accusations stating that there was a felony committed by a member here...and that he has pictures etc...he hasnt said a thing since initially attacking someone on the internet!
