Finally some deer movement. I have 2 does and a mini feeding near me.

I just had my bait all under my tree. 3 mature does with the older two trying to run other doe off. She has dark tarsals so she must be getting right and the other does don't want her near them. Maybe sad daddy will trail her to my tree soon.

I am being invade by black birds. The trees are crawling with them. There has to be over a 1000 in here and they are loud.

Bummer morning....wife called to let me know our lab had died...he was old but still you never really expect it. Anyway digging a grave now....this sucks! Going to try and get back in the woods shortly. Sorry to hear about you loosing your buddy Bigt

After a bout with food poisoning for the last 24 hours Im back at it. Im set up on top of an oak flat next to a sage field that I feel like they catching some sun in. There are still a few acorns on the ground and alot of sign in here. Hoping to catch one on a midday stroll.
The world needs more people holding deer in pictures,and less people holding cameras in front of mirrors.
