Whoever is the coach, I'll support...Stoops may be ready for a change, who knows. Texas should get Stoops 'cause of the way he whips their butts. If I could have "my wishful pick", I'd like to get Sean Payton...maybe he's bitter enough to leave the NFL, doubt it, but he'd be an awesome college coach.
There will probably be a push for Charlie Strong by some, but if we're going after a minority, go after Tony Dungy. Gruden would be an idiot to leave his cushy job and get back into coaching, but I'd take him.
I don't see Jimbo leaving what he's got going in recruiting.
I wish Patrino had a year or two at a lower tier school to build his reputation a bit before being a potential candidate, but I do think he could do a good job at AU, and could turn it around pretty quickly.

I'd take him! But first things first. Jacobs HAS TO GO!!! I agree, but a pipedream, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is Dye, Jacobs, Cheezit, Van Gorder with a few new assistant coaches next year.
