He's right though. Biased news is biased news no matter which direction it leans.

Fox does have the women no doubt about that.

Skinny aint going left...dont worry about that.

Todd is correct, biased news sux. I just want the facts so I can make up my own mind. Fox News Fair and Balanced mantra is a load of horsesh!t.

I believe the real problem here is that FOX is so outnumbered with the liberal BIAS so called news sources, they had to do a 180 to seperate from the far left so that makes them far right. Just think if all the other news sources told the news honestly, they would probably start receiving higher ratings and save their broadcasting and jobs.

I don't think any of them are fair or balanced, the fact is that we all just pick the one that justifies our beliefs. But I don't think that the news has been fair or balanced for 50 years or more. That's what has the left so upset about fox news, we finally get an opinion other than theirs

News has always been biased.
Yellow Journalism and Randolph Hearst got us Puerto Rico and Guam. Even in WWII there was thought to be a Jewish bias and on and on to the nattering nabobs of negativity and beyond.

I can't tell you of a news service that isn't biased. From Al Jazera to the Zion News, you pick your side and roll with it.

A huge difference is, Fox does not breath hate towards liberals like MSNBC does towards conservatives. I believe Fox makes an attempt to be fair and balanced and MSNBC plays gotcha and spins the liberal message, kinda like Obama saying Terrorist attacked the embasy in Libia in the rose garden.

I'm stuck watching more MSNBC shows like Chris Mathews and that shemale Rachel Meadows on AFN than I get to see Fox shows. And I can say without a doubt there is a huge difference in their reporting and messages.

Plus Fox News employees allot of libs on their staff, Shepard Smith, Alan Colmes, Bob Beckel, Ron Brown and Heraldo...Don't see that many conservitives on MSNBC...

I watch local news, Fox News Channel, various opinion TV, I watch MSNBC, I watch CNN

I listen to local talk radio, Rush, Hannity, and others

I read local news, Human Events, Heritage Foundation, Imprimis (Hillsdale College), The Drudge Report, The Blaze, Wall Street Journal, and Politico...and often some various bloggers.

I read Aldeer and talk to my friends

I put all the worldly news information & opinion through my own faith based Biblical worldview filter

THEN......

I think about all that I've heard-seen-read and I practice DISCERNMENT and use some God given WISDOM to pray on-dwell on-reflect on and figure out what I think/know/believe to be true about things based on what I know to be Truth..

In the end based on my experience, Fox News and other conservative outlets (TV, radio, print, web) are much more accurate in what they report and with opinions that are much more in line with values that represent traditional American and traditional Christian values. But they all have spin and bias to some degree and there are moments where they are flat 100% wrong or misguided too. That is why one or two sources for information is a bad idea! It takes a variety of sources to be actually knowledgeable and it takes a Christ centered Truth filter to able to know how to discern truth/Truth from fiction.

Lots of people will claim to have it all figured out without that last step. But they'll be wrong, sadly.

Yep, the older I get the more I try to follow and place more importance on God's Laws instead of mans laws. You'd be surprised how much simpler and less complicated life can be.
Good post straycat.
