Anybody have one and use it?

A pressure cooker that you can use for canning jars of food?
My wife has one. She has another one that is Teflon coated that she cooks with, she can make a super tender roast beef in about 1/4 of the time it take in the oven.

No, this is a thing that's advertised on the outdoors channels every 5 minutes. It looks like one of the old milk cans from a dairy, but smaller.

Sounds pretty cool actually. I think so. I've been looking and thinking for quite a while on this one. May be time to pull the trigger. It might be on my Christmas list. We cook in the crock pot, a lot and this might be better. I know it will be faster.

Its a big pot with a tight lid. I got a bunch of them around here. True. I guess I could retro fit the lid on a large pot with a gasket and latches. I do have an extra turkey frying pot.....
