I’ll throw in a bag 50pc unfired brass,and about 40 rounds of once fired brass for that price .

Sorry been at the hunting club without cell service! Yes it has a thread cap which you can use instead of the muzzle break. It is not sticky I think that was the older models. I developed a load for it and will include 21 rounds with it.
