I will skin them out and remove the meat. I will arrange either shipping(at my expense of course) or pick up depending on distance. Thanks for offering to do this.

Any goose bones will work, they make a great 2bone call and are used a lot for the Mouth piece on a lot of call, get a high pitched hen sound with them.
