Actually made refrigerator pickled peppers out of this batch. Made just over 8 pints

I have not grown any in several years but when I do, I smoke them, dehydrate them, grind them up with an electric grinder and put them in bags for seasoning my food. Ghost peppers, jalapenos, pimentos, anaheims, and habaneros make a killer paprika if you use mostly pimentos and just a small amount of the two hot ones. Smoked with peach wood soaked in peach moonshine. They keep for a long time on the shelf too.
