They fit like regular clothes. The bibs and jacket are like any other, they’re a little bigger to be worn over your layers. This stuff is very warm. I use the bibs and jacket with some base layers down into the low 30’s and add the vest when in the 20’s and stay plenty warm. I sat in Illinois in the wind/sleet/snow last year late season and was good. It blocks the wind well
