Beautiful gun and accurate as hell. 140gr Core Lokts. Pm me your number and I’ll send you a video of the blood trail from the 8pt she killed last year. Where’d u get it?!

I bought it used for $700.00. Perfect shape! What a steal! Nice snag obsession. 👍🏽

I shoot the Hornady 139 gr whitetail and 140 gr Winchester ballistic tips. They both shoot very good

The Core Lokts, as stated above, have been great for me. I have only killed one deer with this round and it never took another step. This was the only deer I ever shot at with this round. I prefer a 270. Coyotes are a different story. I have killed around 50 with this round out to 300 yards. One hundred yard sight in with the Core Lokts and if the coyote is far, I place the cross hairs on the top of the back. I have shot under a few and don't know how far they were but they were a long way away. The 7MM-08 is a great round with very little recoil. I have also used the Norma ammo on coyotes when Core-Lokts got hard to find. They also performed well out of my Tikka rifles.
I can't stand a thief.

I’ve been using a Abolt 2 7-08 since 1996. Stick with the heavier bullets 139-140, and it’ll shoot great out to 350. I’ve killed several around the 3-350 yard mark. I like 2-3” high at 100, will have you real close at 300. No adjustment necessary to 300 yards. Past that it drops like a rock
