So is anyone bidding on their land this year ? The one in Montgomery requires a 5 million dollar insurance policy. It's pretty much impossible to find someone to write that. Heard that it went $25/acre plus, last yr. Leases have a 2.5% yearly increase written into them.

And yes that type policy may be tough to get written.
