My outfitter buddy has had 23 so far not draw. Only 3 of his youth hunters drew tags. Kansas is going to put some outfitters out of business before it’s over with. They really need to re-visit things to help out the outfitters. The locals complain about too many out of state tags being given out at the expense of instate hunters and especially complain about the outfitters. I know where I’ve hunted on private land around Clay Center, KS there is one outfitter and he’s alienated a lot o local land owners. No offense , but personally I hope they put the outfitters out of business

Not a ton of locals around him care a lot about hunting.
