For example, If you buy a master policy 8/1/2024-8/1/2025 for 460 acres then pick up a tract in that policy period for 300 (still under 2000 acres) you tell the agent and I send information to underwriting so they can add it for that same amount. But it is a master policy so typically runs 8/1-8/1 meaning if you buy today it will only go to 8/1 before new master policy starts requiring new payment.
