Simplest way ive found is to line the inside edge of a 4x6 piece of plywood with 2x6's with one crossbrace in the middle for the bottom. Then i cut the front 80 inches & the back 78" then the sides i mark the 80 on one side & 78 on the otger & pop a line to cut. Then with the edges on the floor screw then to the 2x6s below the bottom & they will stand. This will give you about 6'2 in the front & 6' in the back for headroom with a 2" rain drop. Then i rip 2x4s into 2x2s & put in the corners & along the top for studs & get my window height by sitting in the chair im plannimg on useing & holding a gun up so the windows will be comfortable for that chair. Cut the windows & line them with 2x2s. Use the 2' gap in the back for the door & put wood on top with tin over it for the overhang. Ive built several like this & they last well when painted with a roller & not spray paint.

On the window boards go all the way across & screw into the corner studs. I put another 2x2 where the 4' & 2' pieces of wood meet in the front & line the door itself & around the opening with them also.

Only advice I can add is go 5x6 or 5x5. you'll be glad you did. That extra 12" makes a world of difference for some reason.

Are these meant to sit on the ground? What if you want them elevated?

We normally put them on 8 to 12 foot poles. We just lag bolt thru the 2x6's & and put a couple of angle braces on the legs.

I have built them with only a couple of screws holding them together & then took them back apart. Then mounted the platform & put them together in the woods. It really wasnt any easyer because its so high up. Normally we mount the legs with it sitting on its side on a trailer & put the cross braces on them then 3 or 4 guys can stand it up. Then we dig the holes & drop it in.

I looked at your website and the two pictures showing the small shooting house with the steps in the front appear to have the roof sloped to the front. That makes it pretty hard to see and shoot out of during a hard rain? Maybe thats the back of the shooting house??
