What's the preferred cleaning procedure and cooking method?

What's the preferred cleaning procedure and cooking method? Scale 'em, cut heads off right behind the pectoral fins, slit belly open to remove innards, wash 'em, dredge them in flour/corn meal mixture and fry 'em up

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

What's the preferred cleaning procedure and cooking method? These were actually big enough to fillet. Season, roll in corn meal and deep fry!

How many people am i willing to sacrifice for freedom? Everyone. All of them...
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!
