I do a little dale’s, Moore’s, wochester and red peppers crushed soak a while then cream cheese diced jalapeño rolled up wrapped in bacon sprinkled with southern flavor, grill to medium then enjoy. We don’t fry.

Soak in pineapple juice and Hoover Sauce type (sweet teriyaki) mix for 30min or so, season with Sure Shot Sid’s, ground mustard and pepper. Grill 4 min each side for med-rare.

Soak in Dales and Italian dressing then kabob them with Conecuh, pineapple chunks, onion , peppers and chicken. Grill em.

Add salt pepper to flower and to meat - get grease hot - fry it - awesome

Do same for turkey - taste bettr than fried chicken

Soak in Pet Milk with a dash of garlic powder for 30 minutes then drain.

Egg wash then dredge in seasoned flour.

Fry in a cast iron skillet.

Make gravy after frying then serve.

Another thing besides the “fried” is to 1/2 cook some bacon in microwave, hunk of cream cheese, wrap with bacon and let folks cook their own over our fire pit. Takes literally 2 minutes to cook over an open flame on a hotdog skewer. I usually just salt and pepper if I do this.
