Me and a buddy caught enough for dinner. Blackened, pico de gallo, slaw, cilantro/lime/ranch dressing. Even broke out the good china. Fish came straight from the livewell to the filet knife to the skillet. Water-to-table time was about 10 minutes. There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world: 1. All Politicians Are Liars 2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement 3. Taxation Is Theft
