Always kept my blackstone in the garage covered. I would like to move it to my porch that is uncovered with the rest of my grills. Anyone ever keep one outside? I’ll still keep it covered but my deck has no roof. Thanks

Make sure you get a cover that has a support in the middle or the water will pool and leak at the seems.

Cook bacon on it once every so often, keeps it seasoned for me. Mine’s been under a cover in the weather for 5 years and is still rocking

My cover has broke down (plastic on inside cracked and fell apart). Good co Dr and should have no problems

Don't blame me for your bad decision-

We have the large one at the farm. When we have left it outside (with cover) unused for a couple weeks it gets a little rusty. Tried oiling it and then dirt and dust got on it requiring us to clean it before we used it. We started oiling it, putting it in a large plastic bag and bringing inside the house (just the top not the whole thing) and it has been good for us.

I love my country, but don't trust my government.

^^^pretty sure Blackstone sells a griddle bag, to do just that. Seems like it was higher than it should’ve been, for what it is, but I guess the gusset stitching and heavy duty material costs more.

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

No issues with a cover on mine other than stupid finch or some type bird nest under the grill on the burner, happened 2 times already. First time it caught fire before i knew it was in there, i guess dry leaves and pine straw does not go good with gas flames

My 36” Blackstone stays Covered up on the Patio with no problems. That is until last Friday, I never would have believed the wind would have Blown it out in the yard. But it did.
