Not sure what could have happened except that he must have been at a sharper angle than I thought at the shot and the bullet ran under his front shoulder. Found a few tiny bone fragments at the hit site and I do mean tiny. Last blood was at about 325 yards then nothing. First deer I’ve lost in a very very long time. It happens but it sucks big time. The LORD is Good.... All the Time....
