I have hunted Kentucky my entire life. Its a ton of fun. You are going to be in a great area! Just watch the weather, its been changing day by day lately. Could be 70 one day, and 30 the next. We have been seeing some rutting activity on our land for a couple weeks now. But it has been lite due to warm snaps. If the air drops down and stays down you should catch the tail end. Good luck!

Be prepared to hunt late or post rut, Look for funnels and travel corridors to catch bucks cruising for the last does in esterous. Hunt late the middle of the day should be killer. Good Luck.

If my life was any better i'd have to hire someone to help me enjoy it!
