Whole, plucked and stuff the breast with garlic, onions, bacon pieces and bell peppers. Brown in a cast iron roaster and put in the oven till the breasts separates from the bone.

On the grill. Thawed or fresh breast fillets. Soak in room temp water for about 15 minutes, remove and Pat dry. Cracked pepper, garlic powder and any other seasons you like (salt comes from marinade). Put in ziplock with three parts Allegro marinade and one part extra virgin olive oil. Seal and shake bag. Leave in refrigerator for 4 - 6 hours. Pull out of refrigerator 30 minutes prior to throwing on grill. Grab a drink and grill to medium rare. Grab a drink and eat.
