Thought ya'll might enjoy this. My wife is very into historical re-enacting. She hand sews period correct 18th century (1700s) dresses, etc. Hell she can even put up a wall tent on her own. Anyways, I had some old leather from some nice dress loafers that I've been hanging on to trying to find something to do and I decided to make a little pouch for her sewing stuff. It's nothing special, but I enjoyed making it. I think handmade gifts are very special.
