Its fully planted and ready to go. has two camps, electricity and water. I found a spot closer to home. this is 4 hours for us and we just cant hunt it as much as we thought. pm for more details.

That deal fell through. As of now we will be keeping this lease for the remainder of the season and then letting it go. This lease is so expensive because it has a single wide trailer already on it.
