They are very fine shooting and accurate little guns. You should have seen me trying to remember how to disassemble and clean them. Got through all of them without help but the Ortiges. had to look that one up. Odd one indeed. Its like the Mauser M34 in that the barrel is removed.

Looks like a great day. Nothing like the old military weapons and especially getting to shoot them. They are very addicting and unfortunately getting harder to acquire. Reminds me I need to get some of mine out this weekend .

Thanks for the kind words. Planning the next trip out now. I checked my ammo and have an indecent amount for M1 Carbine and Garand. They will be the next ones out. The old military guns are still out there but have become stupid expensive and ammo is just as bad. If I didn't reload for all of them their range time would be very limited. Some I don't shoot much because of age and repair parts availability. And its not like I'll be doing this much longer anyway.
