Nice fish what yall do with em? All released so someone else can enjoy catching them. If I want to keep catfish, I downsize and go after the ones that are 5lbs or less.

I keep blues all the time. Fillet, but don’t go as deep against the skin as a crappie to avoid the red meat. Cut the line out of each fillet. Then soak in ice water a while with salt. Fine eating. You want me put you couple hundred pds on ice?
