Just got a blackstone griddle for Father’s Day. So far I’ve done shrimp fried rice and smash burgers. What’s everyone’s favorite to cook on the griddle?

Beef tips (usually cut up a ribeye) with peppers and onions may be our favorite
Breakfast would be a close second
Philly cheesesteaks are really good
Not any bad meals on it really

Split boneless skinless chicken breasts w/spinach and cheese - approximately 1/2" thick.
Ingredients: 2- boneless/skinless chicken breasts, couple of handfuls of baby spinach, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, salt/pepper, olive oil.

1. Cut boneless skinless chicken breast with filet knife salt/pepper.
2. Olive oil on blackstone
3. Cook on sear w/olive oil
4. Cook spinach on blackstone.
5. Place a piece of cream cheese on chicken when it is about done, cover with cooked spinach, and a slice of pepper jack cheese.
6. Cover with lid for a few moments to allow cream cheese and pepper jack cheese to soften/melt.

Salmon (one of our favorites)
Ingredients: Fresh salmon filet, blackening seasoning of your choice.

1. Cook on sear w/either olive oil or butter.

Vegetables are great - squash, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, broccoli...etc.

I need to strip mine down and re-season. Haven’t cooked on it in a while. Been putting it off.

Head of cabbage - chopped, bell pepper - chopped, onion - chopped, conecuh sausage - sliced... heat the griddle, add oil, and dump everything on there together. Toss around and cook til everything is almost done, then hit with some cajun seasoning before you remove to plate. Phenomenal.

We just tried it and added a few noodles and it’s awesome and simple! Thanks
