Think it's hainted, starts beeping crazy, cuts off, back on, back off, sometimes shows ERR and don't come back on. Gently wiggly the knob that goes to the switch I'm hunting and it may work fine. The potentiometer is made by piher but that info still hasn't helped me locate one yet maybe it will for you. Also if you keep using it when it's beeping like mad then you stand a chance at frying a relay and/or a complete relay board. I took my switch apart recently cleaned, blew it out and pulled up on the copper contact inside slightly. It seems better and have had no errors since but don't want to jinx it by saying its fixed.
