USX put most of their land in the WMAs 20 or so years ago, when they got out of the $5.00/season permit arrangement. I won't say all of it, but at least the bulk of it. The 34,000 acres across the river from me (Mulberry Fork WMA) was part of that arrangement. Seems like there may have been some that was being administered through a big Mississippi timber management company.
Used to be a lifeguard, until that blue kid got me fired.
