I’ve seen those split when resizing and/or firing the second time The recommendation to scrap them is spot on

My thoughts too. i can even find completely processed/polished 9mm brass with matching headstamps for a decent price. 9 mm brass ain't hard to get.
Scrap that junk.

I'm pretty sure the flash hole is offset so they can't be reloaded
