Central or north Alabama preferred.

I just really like browsing places like that.

Don't confuse my user name with any sort of alphabet faggotry.

It only stands for drag racing, and Route 66 was my home track back in the day.

I have heard of a Amazon reject store in Hanceville that is supposed to be pretty cool.

I have been to Mike's in Guntersville about 12 years ago.

Cahaba Heights Hardware is like a time machine

Lake Martin Building Supply in Alex City is old school, best customer service in the state. Everybody is family when you walk thru their door.

Cold water seed and supply in downtown tuscumbia. Just reopened and continued with the old seed store vibe.

5 points hardware downtown is a cool one. There is also a really old hardware store in downtown Opelika, not sure of the name though.

IS Corum's still around in Hartselle?

It is a shame that it recently closed, but Holley's True Value in Selma had about anything you might want or need. The only problem was finding it. It was a mess. A browser could have had a fun week going through everything in there. Mr. Ralph was always bringing in more stuff faster than it went out and just throwing it on the pile. Seriously, whatever you needed was in there you just had to find it.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
