dang near impossible to find land anywhere in AL under 13/acre these days.. ^^^^^^^ This. Mature woods in a good area with decent neighbors, youre looking at $15-$25/acre. Small tracts like that can usually command a slightly higher price per/acre too since they can be had/afforded by a single person or family wanting to do their own thing.
