Well I guess the little bit of yellow onion had one or less carbs. 0 net carb bread (Walmart) and zero carb cheese (publix brand).

Its Lewis Bread, white wrapper I got it at Walmart supercenter. Its the best tasting low carb bread I have found, especially if toasted or grilled. Not all Walmarts have it and I haven't eveer been able to find it in Walmart Neighborhood Market.

After eating that cardboard called bread. You have given me hope, I will have to try that since it looks so good.

It’s the best. It to me tastes like regular bread that is a few days old. So not too bad. Definitely not the dish sponge taste. And it’s only less than $4. I used to pay $8 a loaf but this is better. You may have to try a couple Walmart’s. My sister swears by Aldi’s low carb bread but I have yet to find it at my 2 stores. Let me know if you try it what you think.
