Anyone with experience going on these hunts. Are they a good way for a father and sons to get an introduction into duck hunting? We have no duck hunting experience, but my boys have interest. Additionally, anyone with a kid or two that would be willing to join us to show us the ropes if we were to get selected? On the duck hunt, I think that 2 adults can participate.

As with any migratory game, it can be hit or miss. The area will hold some ducks. My son was invited to go with a group and the kids had a blast. Killed a few ducks and had a good time.

The hunts will offer you a place to hunt but you will need decoys. Some areas will require more work than others. When the ducks are in, the area can be quite productive.
