This may be us less thread cause I dont know what everybody else is doing - but John at Thomasville Feed and Seed has his corn at $8.50/bag and for 10 bags r more it $8/bag

Everybody may b doing that - but that the cheapest I seen. I am guessing he would do more if you bought in larger bulk

I need a drum. It’d do me for the season no more than I do.

We've got people coming unglued because we are selling it for $50.00 per drum. Seed, fertilizer, chemicals and fuel have all went up. I'll haul it to the mill before I sell it for any less.

Corn is turning out really good. Cotton looks great, if it will quit raining for a little while. All cotton down this way is 3-4 weeks behind, it seems.

Don't mean to piss you two off but if it half stalk and half ass feeds through a spin spreader it ain't worth 50.

I rather pay 60 for cleaned corn

We actually sell to a distributor that you buy your cleaned corn from in bags also. It all goes trough the combine and into a bag or barrel. I'm not sure where you are getting half stalk from but they must not know how to set a combine.

Yeah here’s some of that triple cleaned corn from the bag. The last few drums I’ve gotten were 10 times cleaner.

I'm pretty sure on the newer combines I don't .

I got some white bag the other day Crocker - it was do-do

The green bag I get from John is usually good

The only thing we are having trouble keeping out of ours is morning glory. They are thick this year with all the rain. Our Case combines seem to clean corn very well.

Your drums be well worth the money but I've seen a few that was bad trashy. Thats the corn I was talking about . It's hell to fill up a spin spreaded and cone back to fill it back up and the damn thing still full

$35 a drum here Monday, pretty darn clean combine run. I’ll run it in spin feeders at the house. If you want really clean, you gotta pay the man.

Not sure how many feeders y'all are filling up, but its really easy to use 1/2 inch hardware cloth to screen it as you pour it in. With that being said, our local farmers have pretty clean corn around here.

Its $35 a drum where I'm at. Got a farmer about 5 minutes from the house that I buy from so between the price and convenience it's a good deal.
