velvet tines OP Doe Joined: May 2007 Posts: 1,443 chasing pirates	A friend brought us a couple bags of fresh caught swordfish steaks. I made a salad of marinated tomatoes and onions and seasoned the steaks with a good dose of kosher salt, fresh cracked black pepper, and a little paprika. Pete seared the steaks on one side and flipped them. A good brushing with real butter and a squeeze of lemon juice and they were plated with mushroom couscous. Fine meal.
