I have 5 acres east of Montgomery county that I would like to sell. I don't think it has much value except maybe to hunt on it. I know it's not much land but it is in the middle of other undeveloped land. I don't live in AL anymore so it is of no use to me and I got it when my wife's father passed anyway. I don't have much info on it but here is a link to some sat views of it. You can look it up on the county web site and see it too. You can see from the sat views where people have been going in and out to the other parcels around there. Since there is no deeded access and it isn't the clearest title in the world I'm only asking $5000 for it. Here is the link to the maps I have.

I would contact the adjoining landowners and see if one of them might want it.

I know exactly where that property is. Would be a great duck hunting opportunity for someone.
