Do they ever go on sale or offer discounts?

Your best bet is to find someone selling a used 650 or 1050. Since they came out with their 750 and 1100 you can find people upgrading (on occasion). My Dillons are used but all major parts are under warranty for life no matter if it’s secondhand or not. Been very happy with their customer service.

Man mines worn out... I've loaded exactly 100 rounds of 223 on it. I use my Lee 4 hole turret press to load my hunting ammo. Since I gave away that evil black rifle I had I've had no need to load mass quantities of ammo ... (sarcasm)

Anybody using a xl-750 with case and bullet feeder? What cartridges are you loading and how do you like it?

I guess I’ll give one a try. The sale pushed me over the top.

A little Dillon story:

Back in 1991 I bought a Square Deal B for $177.50, if I remember correctly. It has loaded tens of thousands of rounds in a variety of calibers. Served me all thru my IPSC shooting days. It's been back to Dillon twice. The first time they put $140 in parts, ZERO charge to me. Years later the ram began to bind. I boxed it up and sent it in a second time for a complete rebuild (New ram). Since i had obviously gotten my money's worth, I offered to pay. They said no, we've got it! ZERO charge to me. They also supplied parts free of charge for the past 30 years. Not sure how you could ask for better than that. DP is a great company!!!

RCBS has done the same for me over the years with stuff I’ve broken. I’ve never had to send my press in, though.

Up until the chicom virus where the Kalifornia gov't shut the state down, my experience with RCBS was similar. During that I tried to call and email repeatedly with no response. Need to try again. Need parts for my hand priming tool and Piggyback II...

Incidentally, Dillon did the second overhaul on my SDB around that time.

I kid. My 550B has served me since 1997 and every time I've needed anything customer service was excellent.

In the 4 years I've had my 550B I've loaded exactly 100rds of 223 with it. I've gotten so use to using my Lee press for all my hunting ammo I just keep going back to it. Next week I'm gonna take it off the bench and give it to my dad. It will give him something to do
