Mrs. Irish knocked it out of the ball park last night. I was working on restoring my motorcycle last night in the cabin basement so Mrs. Irish was the Head Chef at the Camp Little Ridge dining facility and cook she did... She made: An Ina Garten chicken recipe that had: Sliced lemons, sliced onions, sliced garlic, fresh thyme, fennel seeds, salt and pepper and olive oil. Roasted in the oven for about 30 minutes and then add a half a cup of white wine. Se served that with roasted, herbed, olive oil potatoes and fresh green beans out of our garden topped with fresh portabella mushrooms sautéed in butter. Not bad food for a Tuesday night...

Ina has some good recipes. Nice plate there man! She does, but I can't stand to watch her shows. I'm more of a Giada fan. Me too. Mrs. Irish always says, "You better get in here, you're girlfriend is on TV!" She looks a Giada's figure and says, "There's no way she actually eats the food she cooks." Mrs. Irish thinks she eats it and then runs and throws up after the show.
