I asked a question a while back about growing some field corn. My mother doesn't like sweet corn so I planted it for her and this is the first time growing it in my garden. I'm happy to say that it has gone pretty well with the average ears looking like this.

Never understood the taste for field corn , maybe years ago it had some taste , but what we grow now ; just can’t eat it . I hope your mom enjoys and appreciates your efforts !
