Irish you are putting work in on that flat top, i use mine at least 2-3 times a week. Cleanup is crazy easy, and the house don't smell up after cooking with the iron on the stove. Great looking dishes lately. Id be right here with you posting pics, but i cant remeber to take pictures before my plate is empty lol Yes it is. Love cooking on it on the back covered deck. Mrs. Irish loves it because I'm not making a mess on "her" gas range. Thanks for the nice comments.
