During checkout it gave a "delay is because of covid" excuse. Same thing happened on my order this time last year when the whole corona scare was ramping up. Took 2 weeks then. Best I can figure is they are not letting a good crisis go to waste. I can only speculate, but I bet they are continuing to work with a skeleton crew to increase profitability. At this point, I wonder if it will ever change. Probably the new normal.

TW is based out of California, so until they fix that problem, they will be living in the not worth doing business with category.

They ground shipped a single 6 dollar item separately and it made it to me today lol. Free shipping of course because my total order was over 50 bucks. Says on the box it came from their Alpharetta, GA warehouse. Im guessing my other stuff will come from another warehouse.

I know several businesses that are running half staffed because of all the handouts. "Two Day Shipping", well sure it got here in two days once it left the building, but they held it a week before they sent it out. Seriously, you'd place an order and pay the upgrade for faster shipping, but it'd be days later before you ever got a shipping notice and tracking number. We were on the edge of Eternia, when the power of Greyskull began to take hold.
