I blackened the gator on the griddle with Zatarains blackening seasoning. Hollowed out the French bread and toasted it and added the shredded lettuce and tomatoes Topped with Comeback sauce and its was good.
Ive used Mayo in the past but wanted a little more spice this time.
The local Walmart has frozen gator nuggets
