Was a nice place but the local rep for Soterra hunted the place next door and lived on the same road. Last year I was in, they brought a timber crew in for the first two weeks of gun season, left and came back in early January until seasons end. Funny how that worked. Rebelman and Nighthunter both worked for Soterra when we got the place and were a great help when asked.
